They sell lots of great items but deliver is one of the worst I have ever had.

So disappointed. I ordered 3 items and I was informed one was out of stock (days after my order had apparently shipped). This has not been refunded 3 weeks later, I have emailed twice.
The products I did get were from Ali Express and there is literally no packaging - no care instructions and nothing to say they are food safe silicone.
I would absolutely not order again and I would urge anyone thinking of ordering to find your products somewhere else.

Cake Craft Company have the best items and the best prices but their delivery is beyond bad. An automatic dispatch order is sent via mail and then - nothing. First time I had to request multiply times before someone said I needed to pay more postage - even though I had a recite saying everything was paid and in order (AND dispatched!), I paid even though I still today think they should have paid for good manners. I received my package 6 weeks after ordering. I decided to give them a 2nd chance and, wise from the first experience I sent a mail asking if everything was in order and they would indeed send the package without delay. I had to open a dispute with PayPal in order to get my things.
I have read that some people are pleased - so I decided to make one last order before Brexit. It was placed in early December. I still haven't received anything. I get answers via messenger now and then saying it is on it's way or they will look into it. I honestly wish they would hire more people to get the work done. I will now have to pay tax/customs on the package when (if) it arrive and I am sure they will not care the least.
I always get an excellent and welcoming service by the staff whenever I go to the store. They are also very helpful whenever I ask them about the best products to use for when I bake. I always look forward to going back!
I also really love their website as it makes it easier to find what I'm looking for and I can click and collect within a day.
Awful company! Always send the wrong items or don’t send them at all. They’ve started labelling their products wrong now as I’ve received a 10 g product instead of 20 g but the pot says 20 g. Funny how it’s half the size and product as the exact same item as I ordered 3 in 3 different colours. This is a product I’ve been using for 2 years!
Easy website to use and delivery came in time. Happy with overall experience.
